Fredericks and Samuel was established in 2012 by Martin Coggan as an alternative to the growing trend of inadequate and poor representation of both candidates and clients within the Recruitment to Recruitment and Executive Search Sectors.

To this day the professional and ethical approach remains firmly in place and is a bedrock of the solutions that the team at F and S provide.

Unlike many of our competitors, we rarely advertise but choose instead a far more proactive approach to identifying suitable candidates by incorporating traditional Search techniques.

With offices in Bristol, London, Glasgow and Cardiff, we cover the whole of the UK and Europe.

What we offer

  • We Visit You

A visit to your offices by a principal consultant or member of the management team resulting in an in-depth understanding of your company culture and detailed job specification.

  • Dedicated Support

You will be appointed a dedicated account manager who will give you daily/weekly updates as to our progress.

  • Candidates

We provide a long list of potential candidates along with an assessment of your main regional, national and market sector competitors.

  • Interviews

We will work with you to provide a shortlist of candidates and if required we will conduct first interviews and provide you with detailed feedback along with the option of conducting psychometric testing.

  • Management

We will manage the full offer process and keep in regular contact with both you the client and the candidate throughout their notice period.

  • Follow-Ups

We will also keep in regular contact with all parties after the appointment date to ensure a smooth and successful first few months.
