What we offer
A visit to your offices by a principal consultant or member of the management team resulting in an in-depth understanding of your company culture and detailed job specification.
You will be appointed a dedicated account manager who will give you daily/weekly updates as to our progress.
We provide a long list of potential candidates along with an assessment of your main regional, national and market sector competitors.
We will work with you to provide a shortlist of candidates and if required we will conduct first interviews and provide you with detailed feedback along with the option of conducting psychometric testing.
We will manage the full offer process and keep in regular contact with both you the client and the candidate throughout their notice period.
We will also keep in regular contact with all parties after the appointment date to ensure a smooth and successful first few months.
With all of our clients having unique requirements, we take time to fully understand the markets that they operate in along with their behaviours, environment and ethics.
We will advise on cost, timescales and whether the individual assignment is best served on a contingency or retained basis.
Where possible, a senior member of our team will meet face to face with the client at their premises in order to be in a position to firmly establish the type of candidate that we will approach.
